  • High School and College: Boys & Girls Champs 1993-1999 – 100 & 200M Champion. While at Vere was on Four 4 x 100m Relay record-breaking Penn Relays Teams
  • 1997-1999 – 100 & 200M Carifta Gold Medalist
  • 1997 – Member World Championships Team
  • 1998 – Member Commonwealth Games Team (Malaysia)
  • 1999 – 4 x 100M Bronze Medalist (World Championships)
  • 2000-2001 – All-American in 100 & 200M
  • 2000 – Honored as Most Outstanding Female Athlete at Barton Junior College
  • 2001 – National 100 & 200M Champion
  • 2002 – Was member of NCAA 4 x 100 championship team for University of South Carolina; 2nd in the
  • 200M at those same Games. (Team was the overall national championships, for the first time in their history).
  • 2003 NACAC –Champion 100 & 200M (beating favorite Muna Lee of the USA in both events
  • 2003 NCAA 100 & 200M NCAA Champion – at University of South Carolina – the second athlete (after Debbie Ferguson) to ever win the sprint double at those championships
  • 2004 Summer Olympics she placed 5th in the 100M and 4th in the 200M. At those same Games she (along with Veronica Campbell, Tanya Lawrence and Sherone Simpson) won Gold in the 4x100M Relays
  • 2005 2004 Runner-up Carreras Sportswoman of the Year and winner of the Chairman Special Award for Excellence
  • 2005 World Championships --she (and team mates Danielle Browning, Sherone Simpson and Veronica Campbell) mined a silver medal in the sprint relays
  • 2007 She was also a member of Jamaica’s Gold Medal winning Relay Team to the Pan American. Finished 6th in the 200m Worlds in Japan
  • 2008 Was a member of Jamaica’s team the Beijing Olympics
  • 2009 World Championships in Berlin – 4x100 relay gold medal with Simone Facey, Shelly Ann Fraser and Kerron Stewart in 42.06 … she finished 8the in the individual 100m at the same Championships
