the world in the 400-meter hurdles by the IAAF.
2006: The fastest
time in the East Region and the second fastest in the NCAA. 400mh title
at the Penn Relays (55.60)…ran anchor leg of the 4x400-meter relay that
finished first at Penn Relays ACC Record time of 3:27.85...member of the Sprint
Medley Relay that set a UM record at Penn Relays (3:46.34)...won the 400mh
(56.49) at the ACC Outdoor Championships and earned All-ACC honors in the 100mh
(13.37) finishing third...earned ACC Performer of the Week honors on April
10th...finished second in the 400mh at the Texas Relays with a time of 55.27
breaking the all-time ACC record...member of the 4x400m relay that won the
Texas Relays..
All-America honors in the 400m and the 4x400m relay in the NCAA
Indoor Track
Championshipsplacing second in the 400m (52.17) breaking the
school record, and running onthe school record breaking 4x400m relay that
finished 4th... earned all-ACC honors in the 200(23.70) finishing third in the
