Beth Castagno is
training everyday to compete everyday for the 2008 Olympic Track and Field
Team. She has high jumped for 14 years on a high school, collegiate and
professional level.Beth is the winner of the 2005 USATF Club National
Championship. She placed 4th in the 2005 USATF Indoor National Championship.
Beth qualified for the Olympic Trials Finals in 2004 in Sacramento, CA. She is
the 2004 Olympic Development Penn Relays winner. She is also a 6-Time
All-American and Division III National Champion.
Beth is currently residing in San Diego, CA and training
at the ARCO US Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA.Beth Castagno is a
certified advanced personal trainer and sports nutritionist. Her central focus
is training the core of the body, focusing on the lower back and abs. Beth has
trained all type of people including college, high school and grade school
athletes, senior citizens, women and men between 10 and 74 years old and
special populations including limiting physical and mental disabilities.Beth is
AAAI certified in Personal Training, Personal Training of Special Populations,
and Sports Nutrition. She also holds certifications in Bosu Ball, and
Resist-A-Ball.
